Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly help you with the exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Please keep in mind, returned items need to be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed).

FAQs

How soon will I get my refund?
All returns or exchanges are processed in 2-3 business days upon receipt of the return package. Please allow for an additional 1-2 business days for any refunds to be credited to the original payment method.

What if an item is faulty?
If you receive our product in less than perfect condition, it is our promise to extend a solution that is satisfactory to you. Please contact us at Service@TexereSilk.com and we’d be happy to assist.

Can I return an item given to me as a gift?
Any purchase can be returned or exchanged within our 30 day return window. If you wish to return, the refund would be applied to the buyer’s payment method.

An exchange can be made without the buyer’s knowledge. We ask that you provide us with the Order ID (if you don’t have that, please provide the buyer’s full name, ship-to address, item name/color/size, and which selling channel the purchase was made on – if possible).

What is the best shipping method to return my item(s)?
Return shipping method/carrier to use is at the discretion of the buyer. We ask that the return package be sent to us via a traceable and confirmation type shipment method such as USPS Delivery Confirmation or USPS Certified. In situations where we cannot trace the returned package otherwise, we may request you to provide us with the tracking number.

What if I return an item after 30 days of receipt?
All returns must be made within the 30-day return window. For late return requests, please contact us at Service@TexereSilk.com. [If a return is approved beyond the 30-day return window, a 20% late fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund.]

How much does it cost to return?
If the garment is returned within the 30 day return window and is in brand new, saleable condition (unused, unwashed, in original packaging), there is no fee to return.

Please note: we do not provide free return shipping labels. The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs vary based on location, shipping weight, and shipping carrier/method.

How are my refunds credited?
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for purchase (PayPal or Credit Card).

Are there restocking fees?
The returned product must be received unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and in saleable condition (trying on once to determine sizing/fit is acceptable.) Any item received in less than saleable condition would be charged a restoration/restocking fee of up to 50% of the garment price. For products returned beyond the 30-day return window, a 20% late fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund.
