Payment Terms

Payment is expected at the time of your order.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.


Your personal check, cashiers' check or money order would be very welcome, especially when ordering by mail.  Please do not send cash.  All funds must be in US Dollars.  Checks are held for 5 – 7 business days for clearing before the order is shipped.  There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. We do not accept COD orders. All orders have to be prepaid.

We are not required to, and therefore do not, collect sales tax for any state other than Connecticut.

 In case of any questions about such requirements in your state, please refer to the regulations governing sales/use tax within your state, or consult with your tax accountant.


Connecticut sales tax applies to any transaction where title to the goods being sold transfers from the seller to the buyer in Connecticut.  We are a Connecticut-based company, and are legally required to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped within Connecticut.


If you are a Connecticut sales tax-exempt entity, kindly provide us the appropriate tax exemption certificate confirmation, and we will not add the Connecticut state sales tax to your orders.  Please contact us so we may process your transaction appropriately.
